Song of the day left to the Kings of the city: Yellow Submarine by The Beatles
Liverpool is a man sized city that can be visited during a long week end. It takes only 2 or 3 hours by train from London with Virgin Train. You can:
- walk around the docks,
- check the cathedrals (2 huge ones: one for the anglicans and one for the catholics, one dark and one light, one square and one round)
- go shopping in the center where Liverpool one is – one of the biggest mall
- enjoy the local drawings
the Beatles are everywhere like god (there are so many churches)
You can also have a pint on Mathew Street in a pub. This is the place the band used to come and have a drink.
- You can also go to the Tate modern museum (modern art) on the docks.
